The panel discussion will be moderated by Prof. Dr. Gerhard Braun, Vice President, Freie Universität Berlin. Participants will be Kristin Feireiss, founder of the gallery aedes in Berlin, His Excellency T.C.A. Rangachari, Ambassador of the Republic of India, and Petra Roth, mayor of the city of Frankfurt (Main). Following the panel discussion, the conference participants will meet in four workshops:

   3. Engineering Infrastructures for the Essences of Life
   4. Education: Towards Learning Societies
